Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocese choir members on Monday started ten-day liturgical music training in Nzara Palica Centre.
St Mary English Choir representative Susan John in a telephone interview disclosed to Anisa Radio that about 76 singers from 19 parishes in Diocese assembled on Monday in Nzara Palica for the training.
She said trainers came from Dr Congo to facilitate the training as the Diocesan Youth Chaplain Fr Gamboripai William Abbass started teaching the youths some basic musical skills.
Ms Susan it is very important for the choir to learn other modern singing and music procedures to praise and glorify God in different ways, calling on idle youths to join the training.

The training that is expected to end on Monday brought together Zande, English and Arabic choir members.
