Western Equatoria Education Minister urged all primary and secondary schools to make massive mobilization of school children to get more money in 2015.
Pia Philip Michael said the State performed well in the capitation grant management compared to the rest of nine others in South Sudan, Anisa Radio reported.
He added that the national government allocated another 60 million Pounds for the capitation grant in 2015.
Mr Philip called for more children, money and opportunities to improve learning environment, fence the school, employ part-time teachers, construct pit latrines, buy reference books and build additional classrooms.
He explained that every primary school gets from the capitation grant of five thousand per a year, while every secondary school is entitled to 10 thousand Pounds.
The Education Minister stressed the need for every school in Western Equatoria to increase the number of children and benefit from the capitation grant because good number of children implies good amount of money.
He called upon all parents, Payam Education Supervisors and County Education Directors to ensure that every child goes to school next year.
