Yei wild life authority issued a standing order forbidding the sale of dry meat to prevent Ebola spread to South Sudan.
The order document obtained by Easter Radio, Wild Life Service Acting Director Angelo Legge Gai cited general dry meat as prohibited including that of baboon, pig and monkey.
The order spells 100 South Sudanese Pounds and two years imprisonment as punishment for violators.
The Director urges citizens to cooperate and adhere to the standing order as a precautionary measure to avoid Ebola spread to the country.
