A visiting Catholic priest of the Salesian of Don Bosco on Sunday expressed impression on the tremendous development of South Sudan.

Fr Jacob Thalakkada said the hospitality of South Sudanese overwhelmed him much, Easter Radio reported.

He said he was surprised to hear that communities in Morobo and Kaya are building their church, but that in some places people ask for support rather than joining hands.

The Catholic priest said their Mission is yet to plan activities focusing on youths education and building of strong Christian community at all levels.

Fr Jacob commended Yei Catholic Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe for facilitating the missionary priests in the diocese.
