Bishop says tribalism creeping into Catholic Church in Juba

The Auxiliary Bishop of Juba Catholic Archdiocese on Sunday told Christians that tribalism that affected South Sudan is creeping into the Catholic Church.
 
Bishop Santo Loku Pio in his homily at the Assumption Chapel Kalibala of St Theresa Cathedral Kator denounced establishment of Chapels in Juba on tribal lines, calling on believers to unite and pray together as one people of God, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
He pointed out that Juba Archdiocese is a metropolitan and mother of all dioceses of South Sudan and its entire people.
 
Bishop Loku called on Christians to pray hard to crush tribalism that negatively affect development.
