Yei Catholic Diocese is reviewing Vatican Decree, a document of the 19th plenary assembly entitled: ‘Ecclesial Awareness and Missio Ad Gentes’.
Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe in his opening remarks said the Missio Ad Gentes is making 50 years in 2015 and there is a need to re-examine its work and impact on people, Easter Radio reported.
He added that the congregation for the evangelization of the people would like to know whether the document was fruitful globally or not.
Bishop Lodu disclosed that the congregation for the evangelization of the people would also like to know activities of every diocese and its parishes.
The meeting brought together six priests from different parishes and two religious sisters.
