Eastern Equatoria Governor directed Education and Health ministries to include staff of Hope for South Sudan Orphanage Centre in the state government’s pay roll.

Louis Lobong Lojore told directors of the two ministries to implement his directive because Orphanage health workers and teachers do good work for the state and the nation, Emmanuel Radio reported.

The Governor also directed the ministry of Agriculture to plough cultivation land for the facility to produce its food to feed the children so that donors’ money could be used for other requirements.

He was talking on Saturday during the opening of the four classrooms block and grand reception of children at the Orphanage Centre.

Hope for South Sudan Orphanage Director Pastor Romano Ogwuma said the block, which cost 85 thousand US Dollars, donated by ‘Make Way Partners’ is to provide education for over 100 parentless children.
