Yei Catholic Diocesan Youth Chaplain on Saturday swore Yei Girls’ Boarding Secondary Young Christian Students or YCS executive committee members into office.
Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit said the ceremony aimed at exercising different leadership talents God gave to students to empower them in areas of weakness, Easter Radio reported.
The Chaplain called on the leaders to put God first to get divine wisdom and strength to practice their leadership for better services delivery.
The School Patron Lagu Martin Kenyi encouraged the new leaders to follow the example of their predecessors, do more work to uplift the Movement and develop their skills.
Both the outgoing and incoming leaders urged the new executives to be united and cooperative to ease their work and preserve the good image of YCS Movement for all students to follow their example.
