A woman in Kuduru village of Gidel in Nuba Mountains fell from a tree and got her heap and pelvis fractured on Saturday.
A 30-year old Sadia Osman was fetching firewood from tree branches and fell when her foot slide from the branch she was stepping on, Voice of Peace reported.
A Female Ward Nurse Michael Haron confirmed that Ms Osman was fractured at the pelvis and the upper heap bone and that she was given pain killers while waiting for a doctor.
He said the woman would get better, but that the broken pelvis may take time to recover.
