A mother in Wau Western Bahr El Ghazal on Wednesday gave birth to premature twins: one normal and another headless hermaphrodite at St Daniel Comboni Hospital.
An anonymous Hospital official said the woman was admitted after ultra sound test confirmed abnormalities in the foetus, Voice of Hope reported.
The official said there was accumulation of water in the womb and that doctors pulled some out.
The source said babies were born after five months of conception and died shortly after birth.
