She also urged NGOs operating in the county to assist the disabled.
Handicap Community Educator Charles John said to advocate for an inclusive society admitting various categories regardless of physical appearance remains inevitable.
Mr Charles appealed to masses to unite to break barriers among the disabled blocking participation in public activities.
