Yei River County Agriculture Commissioner reported that coffee farmers produced the best coffee in the world.
Edmond Taban Gogo told Easter Radio that the farmers processed 1.6 metric tones of parchment coffee as the best sold in international market at Geneva, Switzerland with 98.7 percent.
He explained that Yei coffee was processed by TECONSAV machines helping coffee farmers in Lasu, Otogo and Mugwo Payams.
Mr Gogo appealed to all farmers to take their coffee to the processing centres to get quality product and a fair amount of money.
