Archbishop Lukudu establishes two parishes

The Catholic Archbishop of Juba announced raising Holy Trinity Chapel of St Theresa’s Kator and Gurei in Munuki into parishes with effect from June 1.
 
Archbishop Paulino Lukudu Loro said the two parishes would be under Franciscan Fathers and Daughters of Mary Immaculate Missionaries, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
The Archbishop explained that the feast of Holy Trinity would be celebrated on the June 15 with Fr Matheo Maceo as its Parish Priest. 
 
Archbishop Lukudu said Gurei would be called the Mary Queen of the Apostle and its feast celebration takes place on August 22 with Fr John Bristo as its Parish Priest.
 
The prelate made the remarks at the closing session of the 19th Archdiocesan Pastoral Council.
