Tonj South County Deputy Education Director in Warrap State restricted all schools’ head teachers not to program examinations or any school activity without consulting Education Ministry.
Samuel Mayiik Mawien warned school administrators that should be followed to ensure policy of the ministry, urging head teachers to consult even payam education offices, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He advised church and private schools not to give examination to children without informing County Education Office.
The Deputy Director extended first term exams for one week, saying schools opened late.
Mr Mayiik urged all head teachers to cooperate in rendering services to learners.
