Yei River County civil society organization forum Secretary-General called on state and national legislature to formulate a law for apprehending poison practitioners.
Dara Felix told the press on Tuesday that there is no provision of punishment detailed in the penal code, prompting release of many suspects without clear penalties.
He lamented that releasing suspects without proper penalties angers aggravated communities, opting to mob justice.
The activist said the society continuously calls for peace for citizens to embark on development.
