South Sudan Law Society conducted a consultative meeting on Constituency Development Fund or CDF to share experience on its project planning and implementation.
The Society Legal Aid Officer Data John told Easter Radio that the meeting was to share experiences to jointly advocate for citizens’ role in CDF implementation.
Yei Municipal Legislative Council member Margaret Sadia Stephen suggested full involvement of stakeholders through participatory planning process for CDF full implementation.
MP Sadia called for more awareness of the community and formation of CDF committee to avoid individuals’ interest in the Funds’ implementation.
