Western Bahr El Ghazal Finance Minister formed a committee to monitor allocation of funds for services within education and health ministries.
Lillian Valentino Rizik told Voice of Hope on Wednesday that they formed the monitoring committee to assess funds according to the new policies.
She added that the committee included Ministers, Director-Generals and the heads of county education and health offices.
The minister said her office wants to ensure transparency of funds received by county authorities and ministries for civil servants salaries.
Ms Valentino said the present budget would be availed to county administrations based on the developmental projects through the monitoring committee.
