Mugwo Payam residents in Yei River County of Central Equatoria stoned to dead a 74-year old man at Ondukori village.
The residents accused the deceased of poisoning an Area Executive Chief to dead ten days ago.
Yei River County Commissioner Juma David Augustine condemned the act, saying those involved would be brought to book for taking the law into their hands.
This was the second time residents in the Payam crucified two victims to dead through mob justice since the beginning of the year 2014.
