South Sudan political parties on Tuesday marched at the street of Juba showing their support to the army for defeating the rebelling groups in Bor, Bentiu and Malakal.
During the peaceful demonstration in Juba the parties chanted ‘down down Dr Riek Machar, go away Hilde Johnson’, Bakhita Radio reported.
Acuil Malith Bangol who read the parties document saying they praise the army in protecting property and the territorial integrity of South Sudan.
He said the parties support President Salva Kiir and the legitimate government to investigate the alleged coup plotters.
Mr Bangol said political parties in their document concur with the United Nations statement that termed the current unrest as ‘internal armed conflict’.
He said anybody who committed atrocities should be taken to International Criminal Court.
