Wau Catholic Bishop prays for wounded soldiers

Wau Catholic Bishop on Friday visited Girinti Military Hospital to pray for the wounded soldiers.
 
Bishop Rudolf Deng Majak said dialogue and reconciliation can be a solution for peace in the country not gunshots, Voice of Hope reported.
 
The prelate stressed that the marks on people’s faces were meant for African cultural identity not hatred.
 
He said God only judges people on their deeds sins not cultural identification. 
 
Bishop Majak advised the soldiers to be ambassadors of forgiveness and love after treatment.
 
Military Hospital Medical Director Marial Acuil revealed that 15 cases needed surgical intervention.
 
He said the victims were greatly responding to treatment.
 
Dr Acuil said several surgical operations for those with complicated cases were expected to take place on Friday.
 
The Director said some victims were taken to Wau and St Daniel Comboni Hospitals to speed up treatment.
