Civil Society groups in Yei are organizing a peaceful demonstration on Wednesday to show their solidarity with all people affected by the mid December unrest in the country.
Yei Civil Society Forum chairperson Mawa George Lazarus told Easter Radio that the demonstration aimed to have their voices heard.
Mr George said they want to show to the world that they were concerned about lives of citizens of South Sudan.
He called on the warring parties negotiating in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to drop their conditions to restore peace in the country.
Yei Civil Society groups planning peaceful demonstrations include Inter Church Commission, SPLM Women League, Muslims Community and many others.
