The prices of commodities in Yei River County of Central Equatorial state slightly drop after hiking last a week.
Easter Radio toured Yei markets to access prices of commodities and found that prices were normal.
The reporter found only a small increase in imported goods including Sugar, cooking oil, washing soap, rice and vegetables.
He found a carton of washing soap rose from 70 to 75 South Sudanese Pounds, flour rose from 130 to 135, and 25 kilograms of sugar went from 100 to 120 Pounds.
An anonymous trader in Dar El Salaam market said soon he will run out of stock because of the high dollar rate and the expensive cost of transport.
Another anonymous trader in Sobe area said commodities will rise in the coming days because traders fear to go to buy goods.
