Central Equatoria Governor’s delegation visited Tore Payam of Yei River County to explore possibilities of electrifying the area to attract investors.

Tore Payam Director Azariah Khamis Noah said the delegation wanted to identify sources of water for electricity plant, Easter Radio reported.

He revealed that work would start once the payam was demarcated.

Mr Khamis said demarcating Tore payam was very important because many people would want to return home to build on their plots.

He called on the residents to return home to participate in the development of their area because development needs human resources.

The payam director advised that those who would not acquire plots in January not to complain because the payam needs to attract investors.
