Yei Municipality HIV Aids counselor appealed to people living with virus to be responsible and care for their personal lives and not only to their rights.
Grace Kadayi said many HIV positive people are not adhering to advice and many tend to drink alcohol, smoke opium and shisha and have many sex partners, Easter Radio reported.
She lamented most positive people did not take their antiretroviral drugs given to them.
Ms Kadayi said many abandoned taking drugs and chose to die leaving the responsibility of their children.
She asked HIV Aids patients to take care of themselves.
Ms Kadayi mentioned that those in bed were more violent to those who cater for them.
She urged all people living with HIV Aids to be kind to those taking care of them.
