Zain internet clients raised alarm at the price hike in the Connect service.
Zain internet service charges reportedly increased to 150 Pounds for two gigabytes and 300 Pounds for five gigabytes, Voice of Hope Radio reported.

Wau customer Attow Elizabeth said Zain Connect became too expensive to afford.
Al Azer Musa said that they were surprised with the increase.
He added that Zain internet coverage in Wau was unstable.
Addison Isaac appealed to the company to consider the country’s economic situation before hiking charges.
She added that charges should be reduced to previous rate of 130 Pounds to allow customers affordable services.
