Education Minister meets partners in Yambio

Western Equatoria Minister for Education, Science and Technology on Thursday met all education partners to know each others’ activities to avoid overlapping duties.
 
Pia Philip Michael together called on partners to submit their reports uniformly to the ministry, Anisa Radio reported.
 
The Minister asked partners to produce their work plans to differentiate one activity from another and improve education in the state.
 
Voluntary Services Overseas representative Christine Stark appreciated the minister’s good partnership.
 
She suggested that there should be an electronic format for submitting educational program reports.
 
The meeting brought together representatives from UNMISS,UNHCR, UNICEF, World Vision, ADRA, Voluntary Services Overseas, Jesuit Refugees Services, African
Education Trust, BRAC, Windle Trust, Girl Education South Sudan, and Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocese.
