The National Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday in Wau held a workshop to disseminate South Sudan database information.
The one-day workshop aimed at informing locals in decision making and implementation of programs according to the database.
Director of Demographic Department Mark Atouri Doufa told Voice of Hope that it was the first database information about South Sudan.
Mr Atouri explained that the database contains information about civil service, demographic and environmental facts and that it will contribute to development.
He disclosed that the next step would be to organize trainings at regional levels on how to make use of such information.
