The Council of Ministers in its ordinary sitting on Friday reviewed and passed with observations the 2013-2014 budget.
Last month, Finance Minister Aggrey Tissa Sabuni withdrew the budget citing re- Government structuring as the reason for pulling out the budget from legislatures.
Government spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth told the press that the council directed Finance minister and Economic Cluster to include observations before resubmitting it to the council next Friday for final endorsement.
He said the budget passed with observations had an envelop of 17.2 million but the actual budget is 9.2 millions Pounds and that the cabinet realized some areas of concerned to be revisited and addressed.
The budget is expected to cater for new units attached to other ministries.
