War Child Holland Staff were surprised on Wednesday to find two of their motorcycles missing in the compound in Torit.
Project Officer Auma Martha told Emmanuel Radio that unknown thieves stole the motor cycles at night when the security guards on duty deeply slept.
She said the thieves cut the security fence and pushed way the motorcycles.
Ms Martha said the organization reported the case to police for investigation.
She could not cite any suspect saying it was the first incident after three years in Torit office.
