The national ministry of Justice on Monday gave all private business companies to register and submit their annual returns to the ministry within three months.
Minister John Luk Jok said every business company must follow the legal obligation of paying annual returns to give credibility to the company profiles, Bakhita Radio reported.
He said registration and submission of annual returns starts in August and any company that failed to submit its returns will be fined or deregistered.
Justice Luk said the purpose of the registration was to strengthen companies’ entitlement.
He added that the private sector needs to be developed and properly registered.
The Ministry of Justice registered 19 thousand private companies.
