University of Bahr el Ghazal College of Medicine and Health Sciences Dean called on Higher Education ministry and University administration to decide wisely in reopening the University.
Thomas Madit Timothy said reopening the university demands minimum renovation of the available infrastructure.He said the contractor renovated four lectures halls, administration side and Anatomy Department.
He said Higher Education Ministry terminated renovation contract of Agok Leprosy Centre.
Dr Madit said the centre was to become a college of Medicine.
He said for the college to operate properly, it requires about ten staff for five departments.
Dr Madit said the college requires 10 million Pounds operating cost lower compared to the operating cost of Juba University.
