Sixteen mid-level and senior staff from Juba International Airport underwent a week’s training in managerial skills in Juba and Entebbe.
Seven senior executive staff of the South Sudanese Civil Aviation Authority took part in a one-week long course in Entebbe in Uganda last week.Nine mid-level managers are being trained in Juba.
The training conducted by two experts from the Danish National Police aimed to equip the participants with skills in strategic, operational and tactical planning, time management and stress control.
The European Union Aviation Security Mission facilitated the management courses.
