The Minister in the Office of the President called on the 200 peace mobilizers who graduated on Wednesday in Juba to be models and beginners of change.
Emmanuel Lowila told the mobilizers that if other people didn’t see them at peace they would not change their attitudes.He called on the mobilizers to reflect to the entire population of South Sudan what they learned from the one-month training in Juba.
Mr Lowila advised the peace mobilizers to shine like stars while serving the people of South Sudan reminding them that they volunteered for a challenging job.
He emphasized that if the mobilizers did not change their personal attitudes they would not make any difference.
Mr Lowila advised the trainees to be patient in their mobilization work reconciliation, persevere and be at peace.
The Minister in the Office of the President awarded certificates to the 200 peace mobilizers who trained to participate in the Journey of Healing for the National Reconciliation.
The training drew together 50 mobilizers from Juba and 150 from the ten states.
