Cardinal Parolin call for forgiveness and reconciliation

The Vatican Secretary of State His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin has visited Rumbk town in Lakes State calling for forgiveness.

Speaking to thousands of crowds congregated during the Holy Mass, Cardinal encourage the people of Lakes State to forgive and reconcile with each other.

He says forgiveness unlocks peace and Justice in society.

The Vatican Secretary who is an envoy of Pope Francis argues that someone must admit his or her sin to receive the forgiveness of God and undertake the path of reconciliation.

He called the believers to abandon their old ways, and self-worries to enter the risen lord into newness of lives.

His Eminence Cardinal Pietro urges Christians to give up their ambitions and rivalries and understand that any harm to brothers and sisters harms the entire society.

His Eminence Cardinal Parolin applauds the believers to use no-violence approaches in solving problems arising among themselves rather than means of violence.

His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin was presiding the Mass at Holy Family Cathedral after he arrived in Rumbek on Thursday. The Vatican Secretary will return to Juba this afternoon as he concluded his visit to the Country.
