Citizens urge Tonj to implement hygiene and sanitation order in markets

Callers of Don Bosco Radio are appealing to Tonj authorities to implement hygiene and sanitation order in markets.

One of the callers from Mbari Malu’ba, Gabriel Lete, emphasizes on the importance of keeping hygiene and sanitation, especially in tea places.

“Let them tied their hairs to avoided contamination of tea or food in the markets, and let authorities give money to those who clean the markets, so that market will be clean all the time”, he says.

Another caller, Amira Akec, says it is everybody’s responsibility to make sure hygiene and sanitation is well maintained, especially in markets.

Joseph Mading, another caller, stresses the importance of keeping order in the markets places.

The callers blame women for selling food, without tying their heads.
