Traders attribute high prices in Wau to poor roads not profit

Traders normally complain of bad roads and high US dollars exchange rates as civilians wonder why prices are skyrocketing in the markets.
 
Some of the civilians in Western Bahr El Ghazal state Wau said that, every time the prices of basic commodities get high, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
 
They say that civilians become the victims of USD rate and the current economic crises.
 
Some of the traders in Jou market explained that prices are high in the markets because of increase on the dollar rate in the black market.
 
They mentioned that they are not after profits, but are ready to sell commodities at affordable prices.
 
The traders pointed out that getting US Dollar is a problem, but it is only the government who can resolve this issue.
 
They urged the government to look into the problems of dollar rate in the black market, bad roads and economic crises with real solutions.
