Peace guarantor advises forces in Alel to respect women and children

A peace guarantor from Sudan advises the at Alel Army Training center in Malakal to respect women and children from now onwards.
 
General Abdul Munaim Jalal, urges the forces to value everybody in the country and be responsible personnel to gain their respect and trust, instead of fearing them.
 
The Minister of Defence, Angelina Teny, told the forces that there is no time to return to war, despite the challenges facing them in implementing the security arrangements and the economic situation.
 
She advises the non-signatories to the revitalised peace accord that there is no need to torture South Sudanese by caring arms.
 
UNMISS Head of Field Office Hazel De Wet, told the army that the first batch of the unified forces that will be graduated should be loved and respected by the people.
 
The official spoke during the three-day visit of the defence minister to some training centers in Malakal on Thursday.
