Yei River State receives high level UN Security Council delegation

The Government of Yei River State has on Wednesday received a high level delegation of the UN Security Council to witness positive developments and issues of human rights violations.
 
Joanna Wronecva team leader says they have the obligation to speak about human rights violations because it would be criteria against people who are not protecting and respecting people’s rights.
 
Jacob Aligo Lo Ladu, Advisor to the Governor on political affairs says the state government is looking forward to seeing that the war in the area comes to an end.
 
Jacob admits that there are issues but should be resolved through peaceful means.
 
Aligo mentions dialogue, peace and reconciliation conferences to create conducive atmosphere for the implementation of the revitalized peace agreement.
