IGAD wants forces cantoned and trained before end of September

IGAD wants soldiers to go to barracks, cantonment sites and trained to be unified before the end of September, says Major General Desta Abiche Ageno chairman of Ceasefire Transitional Security Monitoring and Violation Mechanism or CTSAMVM.
 
He confirms that they saw arrival of forces of SPLM-IO to nine cantonment sites and forces of South Sudan Opposition Alliance reaching to five sites.
 
The leader disclosed that CTSAMVM got a report of forces loyal to Paul Malong attacking government force at Warayang in Bahr el Ghazal region last month.
 
Major General Abiche reveals that CTSAMM discussed and endorsed two violations of rape in Gok by IO and killing of IO guard by government force.
 
The chairman was speaking during CTSAMVM meeting in Juba on Tuesday.
