The new commissioner of Jal-Wau County in Tonj State vows to address the insecurity issues and unite the community of the sisterly counties.
Speaking to Don Bosco Radio Victor Kucebeny Gum Mading says his priority is to make sure people of Jal-Wau County live in peace with other counties and free movement of citizens.
The commissioner clarifies out that conflict does not benefit any of the communities.
Gum stresses that the only way to address the root cause of the communal conflict is by returning all raided cattle to their rightful owners.
The commissioner notes that peace will prevail in communities through intervention of government.
The official made the statement during the swearing in ceremony at in Tonj.
