The Joint Military Ceasefire Committee delegation will provide emergency food items to the cantonment sites in Bahr El-Ghazal region, says team leader after arrival to Wau State.
Awien Dhot Thod says the purpose of their visit to Wau is to deliver food to cantonment areas that cannot be reached by land.
He adds that they had already supplied food to some cantonment areas in other regions.
Dhot says they supplied 33 areas where forces gathered, calling on CTSAMM to verify information and deliver correct message to the public.
After the food supply there will be screening in all cantonment sides, team leader reveals.
He adds that they are buying food in Wau for Western Bahr El Ghazal cantonment sites.
According to the team leader there are about 40 cantonment sides in South Sudan and 25 were already supplied with food and 15 are remaining.
