The International Committee of the Red Cross Day is expected to be celebrated in Torit State on Tuesday, Torit Red Cross State branch focal person announces.
Celebration at Torit Freedom Square will be under the theme: ‘Everywhere for every one with a smile’, Emmanuel Radio reports.
Paska Karama Kamilo says the day will gather representatives from International Federation of the Red Cross, government and non-governmental institutions in Torit.
Karama says the preparation for the big occasion is accompanied by general cleaning of the market in Torit town.
The focal person says the traditional dancers and drama groups within Torit town will also be invited to colour the event.
