‘Give education chance for peaceful resolution of conflict’, says Minister

The Minister of Education of Tonj State is urging citizens of South Sudan to give education an opportunity so that the many problems facing the country can be resolved amicably.
 
Deng Manyom says three pillars of education infrastructure, curriculum and teachers training will help to address issues of South Sudan.
 
He discloses to Radio Anisa that 1,702 pupils are attempting primary leaving exams in Tonj State.
 
Meanwhile the Minister of Education of Maridi State, Jean Pia Michael, is urging parents to give a chance to their children to concentrate in the exams.
 
She says 615 of pupils are sitting the exams in her state.
