Official says cultural practices are barriers to HIV&AIDs awareness

The principal at Torit Health Institute says some cultural practices of some communities are barriers to awareness of HIV and AIDs.

Oliha says reaching to zero discrimination can only be achieved if parents educate their children about HIV&AIDs at family level.
 
Hakim Paride, a resident in Torit town calls on youth to be conscious of their behaviors. He notes that youths are not willing to be tested.
