The currently situation in South Sudan is like a woman who mourns her loved one, says Minister.
 
Clement Philemon Baime, Gbudue State Minister of Physical Infrastructure admits that the government does not have money to carry developmental activities or delivering services to the people, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He urges all South Sudanese not to be discouraged or run away but to remain hopeful and committed to work.
 
Minister Philemon believes that the numerous challenges like, political, economic and security situation will not remain, but God will change it through his mercy.
 
He mentions some of the major challenges facing his ministry which include lack of infrastructural equipment and money for development.
 
The minister appeals to South Sudanese to work for their country to experience changes.
