South Sudan Human Rights Society for Advocacy urges government forces to respect the unilateral ceasefire President Salva Kiir declared while launching the national dialogue.
The body in its statement over the weekend, calls for an inclusive national dialogue legislatively designed and carried out with honest commitment to implement its outcome.
The body recommends involvement of Dr Riek Machar, other emerging and existing none and armed opposition parties inside and outside South Sudan.
The group demands taking steps to directly ensure the government forces not to obstruct relief and caring agencies to reach the famine-stricken counties of Leer, Mayendit and other areas of South Sudan.
It advocates for a neutral aid body to give relief assistance to show genuine commitment of saving lives and stopping usual obstacles of humanitarian agencies.
