The Armed forces in former Jur River County forest of Wau State, are allegedly asking for position in the government to stop attacks on government control areas.
Barjok Uchu is the Commissioner of the newly created Kaurjina County.
He says a committee was formed by the County authorities to go and meet the armed forces.
Commissioner Uchu accuses the armed groups for not respecting the peace dialogue made by the youth in the area.
He adds that the opposition keeps on attacking the county.
Commissioner Uchu alleges that calm has returned to the area after the SPLA clashed with opposition forces.
Last weakened, armed forces allegedly attacked Masana beera and killed three people.
More than four people were injured in the incident.
