Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit says God has not created a bad tribe or a killer in the world, but it is the disobedience of the human beings, Radio Easter reports.
Fr Lodongo appeals to South Sudanese to repent of their sins to receive divine forgiveness and avoid repeating mistakes.
The Catholic priest was preaching at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday.
