Tonj State government is mourning and conveying condolences to Governor Akec Tong Aleu for losing his sister Regina Adit Tong who died in Denmark on September 22.
Radio Don Bosco on Saturday quoted Minister of Information Madit Malek Akuien declaring four days of mourning starting on the same day and work resumes on Wednesday.
The body of the late Regina Adit Tong arrived on Saturday morning and was taken to the Church for prayers before burial.
Hundreds of people joined the family of Tong Aleu to pray for the deceased at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Church.
