Catholic Archbishop of Juba remembers the life of late Father Peter Loro Bambu who died in Nairobi hospital last month.
Archbishop Paolino Lukudu describes the late as a concerned man, Radio Bakhita reports.
He adds that Fr Loro was a very sincere priest and honest to his vocation.
Archbishop Lukudu describes efforts made by Fr Loro to open St Thomas Apostle Parish in Mangala, as ‘great success’.
He says it was opened during very difficult times.
A family representative appreciates the contribution of the Catholic Archdiocese and the family friends.
The late priest started his spiritual journey as an altar boy of St Joseph and went to St Mary’s Seminary.
He was promoted to St Paul’s Orientation Course in Khartoum, continued in Philosophy and Theology and later became a priest in 1996 in Juba.
